Fast, Professional Drug Screening with Immediate Preliminary Results
What Is an Instant Urine Drug Screen?
An instant urine drug screen uses an FDA-cleared testing device to provide rapid preliminary (presumptive) results within minutes after specimen collection.
Â
Instant testing is commonly used when immediate screening information is needed while maintaining professional collection procedures and documentation.
Â
If a laboratory-confirmed result is requested or required, a new urine specimen must be collected and submitted to a certified laboratory under separate laboratory collection procedures and chain of custody.

Important Information
                                                     Â
Preliminary Results
Instant urine drug screen results are preliminary (presumptive) and should not be considered confirmed positive results.
Laboratory Confirmation
When requested by an employer, attorney, court, probation officer, or donor—or when required by policy—a new urine specimen is collected for laboratory confirmation. The original instant testing specimen is not submitted for laboratory confirmation. Additional laboratory fees and collection charges apply.
Confidentiality
All collections and results are handled with professionalism and confidentiality. Results are released only to authorized individuals or organizations as permitted by the donor or required by law.
